Southampton based Lonely Joe Parker is playing two gigs on the same day on Sunday, and I couldn't think of a better way to end an all-day picnic on The Common than to see Joe play at Hamptons. But he's also playing The Railway in Winchester too!

Both line-ups are worth celebrating the Bank Holiday weekend, and the Hamptons line up is FREE and they've got some special bands playing too. Regular Mumford supports 'Cherbourg' (onstage 10.30pm), who we'll be seeing play at The Blissfields Festival in July are headlining the gig (which was original scheduled to be at Unit). And the absolutely awesome Kurran and the Wolfnotes (9.30pm) are playing too. Alex J Dunne will also be performing after Lonely Joe opens the night at 8pm.

Up at The Railway, Joe will be supporting Nato with Campbell Austin (Moneytree acoustic) + Pocketchyld also on the bill. Tickets are £4.

Both look like awesome gigs, so we'll definitely see you at one of them.
