Calling all unsigned bands..... tired of submitting your demos for review and never hearing back? Want a critical mauling from a panel right on your own doorstep? Well your prayers have been answered!

Angry Badger Records are teaming up with Kev from The Soul Cellar and DJ Hammy to form an elite reviewing machine, the "Soul Cellar Collective".

We welcome all demos (preferably no more than 6 tracks - which MUST be on CD) and will be offering up our critique in the form of a review that will be published on mint south.com, as well as featured on the DJ Hammy website, Angry Badger website and possibly even the Soul Cellar site!

The best artists may also get the chance to play at the Soul Cellar on future DJ Hammy/Angry Badger nights!

We will be getting a guest reviewer in for each sitting, this could be another DJ, local journalists or even someone from one of the bands…. That’s right, it could be YOU!

You can send your CDs directly to Julian (email him at icon77@hotmail.co.uk for his mailing address), deliver them to DJ Hammy or hand them into the Soul Cellar. Just make sure you mark them as “Demo Review - Soul Cellar Collective” and include your contact details and any info you feel we may need.

We are not open to bribes, but if you want to test this theory please do: whiskey, sweets and cash are fine.

** please don't submit your CD's if you are likely to be offended if we don't like your song/s, it's nothing personal! We will try and be as helpful and truthful as possible and offer positive criticism but this is a REVIEWS panel not your Mum, no unconditional love here!!
