The incomparable folk singing festival favourite,  Beans on Toast, has been announced as the Special Guest for Seán McGowan‘s EP launch at The Joiners in Southampton on November 10th – tickets available here.

Beans on Toast last night recorded a live album at The Scala in London, where Seán opened the show for him – now Beans is returning the favour and coming down to Southampton in five weeks.

Already confirmed to play the show are upcoming local prospects, 13th Floor (check out their Soundcloud page). Rob The Liar is also supporting.

After a successful summer that has seen Seán play festivals including The Camden Crawl, Blissfields, Galtrés (in York), Strummer of Love, RedFest, Southsea Fest and Bestival, Seán is fast gathering a growing fan-base around the country. His forthcoming EP, to be titled The People’s Music, will be released worldwide in November.   There will be 100 limited, individually numbered CDs available to buy at the launch.
